Watch: Did Aquino ignore Gloria Arroyo at Palace meeting with Duterte, NSC?

Former President Benigno Aquino III on Wednesday seemed to have ignored former President and incumbent Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo at a photocall ahead of the National Security Coucil (NSC) meeting at the Malacañan Palace.

In the video released by RTVM, Mrs. Arroyo was already waiting for Aquino and former President and incumbent Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada with President Rodrigo Duterte and former President Fidel V. Ramos. 

When Aquino walked inside the room, he immediately shook the hands of Duterte and Ramos then he stood on the other side of the line, away from Mrs. Arroyo.  

Watch: In this video released by RTVM, Aquino did not shake the hand of Arroyo during a photo call with Duterte, FVR, and Estrada.

Aquino during his term led efforts to prosecute his predecessor over her alleged corrupt activties during her term. She was eventually put on hospital arrest over plunder charges concerning alleged misuse of PCSO intelligence funds during her incumbency.

The Supreme Court on July 19, however, dismissed her plunder case.
