WATCH: Are you ready for 911 Philippines?

BFP: "We are ready."
This was the declaration of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) accompanying the video posted by 911 Philippines Facebook page on Wednesday, which has already been shared for more than 17,000 times, as of writing.
The video, which was shot using a drone, shows several fire trucks around the Quezon City Memorial Circle monument. With an upbeat song as background music, the trucks then fired water in various colors.

he caption added that they are ready to respond to "Disaster and Emergency like Fire, Typhoon, Earthquake, Landslides, Tsunami, Flood, Terrorist attack, Civil disturbance, Riot control, Search and rescue, Vehicular accident, and other Emergency"
The 911 hotline, with Davao's 911 as its model, is set to have its nationwide launch in August, according to communications chief Martin Andanar.
Meanwhile, netizens shared their excitement of the new emergency number on the video's comments section. 
Pablo Antonio Salazar wrote, "true to his promise.. Thank you Mayor President."
Another netizen named Mhelisa De los Santos said, "OMG it happened na nga may 911 na sa buong bansa. 'Di na lang sa Davao."
