Sen. Cayetano Jokes: Am I Being Punished?; Seated between Binay and Trillanes.

The heat is still on between the opposite parties during the campaign. OR NOT. With most people took it to heart, most of them believed that the issues during the campaign especially during the debates have been pressing up to this time. But not really. The candidates are actually tolerating each other pretty well after the elections.

Senator Alan Peter Cayetano joked about the circumstance after being seated in the being seated in between Senator Nancy Binay and Senator Antonio Trillanes.

He quipped and raised a question if he was being punished. Quoting from his statement, he said:

It can be recalled that Cayetano stronglu criticized the Senator Nancy Binay's father, former Vice President Jejomar Binay, about the allegations of corruption against him. Together with now Senate President Aquilino Pimentell III and Trillanes, they have been very aggressive in pushing for the case.

Meanwhile, Trillanes was a well-known anti-Duterte during the campaign which happens to be Sen. Cayetano's running mate. He even funded an anti-Duterte campaign.

But Cayetano said that they just all laughed to that.

"E temporary lang naman daw (ang seating arrangement). Nagtawanan naman kami ni Sen. Binay," he said.

When asked about transferring seat, he threw another joke and said "Hindi ... naunahan na ako, nagpalipat na yung iba, bago ako nagpalipat."

Meanwhile, Senator Binay was also shocked with the seating arrangement "Nakakaloka, alam nyu ba kung sino ang seatmates ko. Ready naman pero parang silang dalawa hindi pa nakaka-move on."
