SURVEY: PAYAG KA BA? NO GARAGE, NO CAR Policy!

The senate is pushing for the implementation of the "no garage, no car" policy where in people can no longer own a car until they can provide a parking space. This policy hopes to solve or partly affect the problem of the country in regards to the worsening traffic that is experienced every day.

"Kung bibili ka, wala kang proof of parking space, hindi ka pagbebentahan," said rep. Cesar Sarmiento.

He added that this policy not only affect those who will buy but even those who already owns cars but cannot provide a parking space. He clarified that motorists with no proof of parking will not be allowed during time of registration.


The policy intends to eradicate illegal parking and minimize the number of cars that congests the road day by day.
