Mythical creatures have always been part of Filipino folklore. Stories from ancestors regarding, bad spirits, ghosts and other unseen but can feel creatures are very common in many provinces in the Philippines.
Like one story of a woman, named Josie, 57 years old from Panukulan, Quezon, who got pregnant because of a mythical creature that courted her. The horse demon is said to be the father of her child.
