Who can forget Steve Harvey's flub at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant held on December 2015 at the The AXIS in Las Vegas, Nevada?
The pageant host mistakenly crowned Miss Colombia Ariada Gutierrez when the real winner was Miss Philippines Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach.
But despite the huge mess up, Steve Harvey remains as the Miss Universe host due to his three-year contract with the organization. And fortunately for the host, he won over everyone in the 65th Miss Universe with his funny moments.
Owning up to his mistake, the American comedian-host used last year's botch as running joke, he continuously made fun of himself.
When the host faced Miss Colombia, he made a supposed awkward moment lighter when he asked, "I just wanna ask this for myself, how do people in Colombia feel about Steve Harvey?"
Riding along with the joke, Miss Colombia, Andrea Tovar, asked if he wanted to really know the truth before joking that many Colombians hated Steve Harvey, eliciting a laugh from the crowd.
To Steve's misfortune, he had to call Miss Philippines next.
"Oh god, I can't believe this is happening again," he admitted.
At the later part of the show, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach even poked fun of Steve Harvey as she handed him a pair of glasses before announcing this year's Miss Universe.
"I am Steve Harvey and I got it right!" he joked ending the 65th Miss Universe pageant held on Monday at SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
