This man got arrested after he reportedly raped a 14-year-old grade 9 student in Malabon City, last January 31,2017.
According to reports, the man came from a party and walked home drunk. He happened to pass by a 14-year-old teenage boy who was just right outside his house. He then dragged the boy into a secluded area and raped him. The boy tried fighting him off, but the man was too strong for him. After the incident, the guy also stole the boy's phone and ran away.
The boy and his family immediately reported the horrible incident to the nearest police station. Fortunately, the authorities were able to seize the suspect at dawn. The 20-year-old man admitted to his crime right away. He also revealed that he is under the influence of drugs and was very drunk. Unbelievably, he also pleaded for forgiveness saying that he hopes the boy could show him some mercy and patience.
"Sana po patawarin niya po ako sa nagawa kong kasalanan. Sana po mahaba yung pasensya niya sakin. Di ko po mauulit sa ibang tao po yun. Marami-raming salamat po." said the suspect.
He will be charged with rape, robbery and child abuse.
Meanwhile, the authorities warned everyone to be extra careful with their children. They suggested that parents should carry out curfew inside their homes to avoid such incidents.
