Even after the issue of Senator Leila De Lima and President Rodrigo Duterte's word war has finally died down, the female senator continuously faces hot waters as she stands at the receiving end of many allegations with regards to drug involvement.
Along with the President and other big personalities, former Senator Bong Revilla also fires at De Lima while expressing his sentiments against her as the former Justice Secretary.
"Senator de Lima, walang takas sa karma. You dish it like the self-righteous person you are but act like a victim when you're on the receiving end.Kaming mga kalaban niyo, ginawan niyo ng kwento at dinurog niyo ang pangalan at pagkatao ng ganun na lang."
"Kaya ngayon, ang masasabi ko lang, sagutin mo nang diretso ang mga paratang sa'yo. Tapos na ang ilusyon mo. Harapin mo ang katotohanan," he added.
Revilla must have felt slightly triumphant or at least avenged as he fired at the senator saying, "What goes around comes around."
According to reports, REvilla also left a cryptic threat saying he will rise where he has once fallen.
Senator De LIma and Bong REvilla had an unpleasant encounter due to his alleged involvement along with former Senator Jinggoy Estrada and former Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile on the pork barrel scam, where DeLima served as the Justice Secretary.
Revilla is still under the PNP custody at Camp Crame, battling many health issues brought by his imprisonment.
