This time, the suspect is a former mayor of Maguing, Lanao Del Sur.
The authorities searched the house of former mayor Johaira Abinal aka 'Mayora Marimar' in Brgy. Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro last Saturday morning through a search warrant.
She was arrested together with her live-in partner Major Suharta Macabuat and Nephew Sanny Santican after finding a .45-caliber Remington gun and illegal drugs resting in their houses.
She was allegedly supplying illegal drugs in Region 10 and 11, CARAGA, ARMM and even Metro Manila.
In Santican's house were 21 packs of shabu and thousand of money inside her partner's bag. But both of them denied the allegations.
