After the clean slate of retired PNP General Marcelo Garbo got tarnished, he is in more trouble after Cebu Representative Gwen Garcia seconded the allegations on him.

In a Facebook post, Cebu's Former Governor Garcia recalled of how the former PNP Region 7's Assistant Regional Director, has declined to take part on her renowned all out war against illegal drugs. She shared that as the former chairwoman of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) of Region 7, She cajoled the Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines, and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency to Perform maximum attack on drug trades.

Quoting from her post, she said "In an RPOC meeting, I remember having a spirited exchange of words with then Assistant Regional Director Garbo. I had asked that PDEA, the AFP and the PNP joins hands in out totall all out war against illegal drugs. Surprisingly, Garbo refused. He said it was PDEA's problem, not the PNP's. Notably, neither PDEA nor the AFP agreed with him."

She also shared that Garbo had purportedly attacked her personally when the former general went to her Capitol Office to further administer her suspension order from former Pres. Benigno Aquino III in the year 2012. He even insinuated about their previous clash in the said anti-drug drive.

Garbo is the only remaining general that is yet to meet with newly minted PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa.
