While she was on her trip to LTO, she noticed that the driver was behaving strangely. She took out her phone because of that and started recording the driver.
But to her surprise, the man pulled out his manhood and started playing with it as the was being recorded. The woman said, 'Napansin ko yung driver kinakalikot yung bulsa. Tapos nung pagkalingon ko, nagulat ako kasi nakalabas na.'
The uneasiness can be seen on the passenger's statement as she was talking to the reporters. When she saw what the driver was doing, that is the moment that she decided to get off the jeepney.
The LTFRB or the Land of Transformation Franchising and Regulatory Board is already conducting an investigation on the said driver. He is currently inside the Camp Karingal imprisoned.
