To keep his promises true, the President-elect has spoken about the public drinking during a press briefing.
He strongly noted, "No drinking in all public places and even alleys. Tuwing pupunta ako ng Tondo, nakakakita ako sa... Do not do that. If you do not have a house, then do not drink."
Further, he said that any person who will be found violating the rule shall be arrested and be disciplined accordingly.
